Presenters (up to two per breakout session): $30 (Non-CLA Members), $25 (CLA Members)

Continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions at the time of registration so accommodations can be made.

Please be aware that this event will be recorded for distribution purposes. Your likeness and voice may be part of that recording. Photographs will also be taken throughout the event.

By attending this program, you grant the Connecticut Library Association the irrevocable right to record and use any footage containing your likeness and/or your voice for internal, broadcast, and educational purposes.

Refunds: We cannot provide refunds, but if you are unable to make it to the Conference, you can transfer your admission to someone else. Please contact the CLA office at (860) 346- 2444, and provide the name and contact information of the person who will attend in your place.

The University of Hartford will provide free parking on the day of the conference. Please follow the instructions on your parking pass, which will you will receive via email prior to the event. Attendees may check in at the registration table, which will be set up in lobby of the 1877 Club, located in the Harry Jack Gray Center.

From Farmington Valley:
Route 44 East past Bishop's Corner to junction with Rte. 189. Sharp left onto Rte. 189. Campus is 1/2-mile on right

Rte. 185 to junction with Rte. 189. Bear right onto Rte. 189. Campus is just ahead on left

From I-291 Exit 1:
From I-291, turn left. Travel Route 218 West for 4 miles to junction with Rte. 189. Left onto Rte. 189. Campus is two miles on left.

From I-84 East Exit 41:
Left onto S. Main becoming N. Main to junction of Rte. 44. Turn right onto rte. 44 to junction with Rte. 189. Sharp left onto Rte. 189. Campus is 1/2-mile on right.

From I-84 West Exit 48:
Right onto Asylum Ave. Travel 1.5 miles to Scarborough (on right) followed by left onto Rte. 44. Bear right onto Rte. 189. Campus is 1/2-mile on the right.

From I-91 Exit 91:
From I-91 South, turn right at end of ramp; from I-91 North, turn left. Travel Route 218 West for 4 miles to junction with Rte. 189. Left onto Rte. 189. Campus is two miles on left.
